Unless otherwise specified at the time of your order, orders hip UPS Ground. Freight and handling are FOB Cheer Fantastic® warehouse. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional charge. Freight and handling costs are added to teh invoice and must be remitted when payment of the order is made. Delivery date quotes are approximate and are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS
Cheer Fantastic® only sells first rate, top quality merchandise that has been rigorously inspected during the production process. You and your customer's satisfaction are guarateed. We are always striving for a zero percent defect rate, but we realize that an occasional defect may occur. Should you ever encounter a defective Cheer Fantastic® product, please call customer service for a return authorization number. Write the return authorization number on the outside fo the carton and send it back to us. with a list of the items returned and an explanation of the defect, to: Cheer Fantastic® Returns Dept. 6725 W. Central Ave, Ste. M #126; Toledo, OH 43617. Always use UPS or Federal Express and keep your tracking number since we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be traced. Your account will be credited for the originally invoiced dealer price of the defective items returned. WE RECOMMEND DEALERS INSPECT GARMENTS BEFORE ADDING LETTERING OF ANY KIND, since we will not be responsible for reimbursement of lettering charges on defective or mis-shipped garments. Please note that Cheer Fantastic® reserves the right to judge a product as non-defective if such proof exists.

Allow 6-8 weeks for orders of 5 or less pieces, embroidered uniforms, men's custom uniforms, bodyliners, custom uniform jackets, MotionFit uniforms, custom uniform pants, extra sizing or orders with any length or low-rise alterations.
IN-STOCK UNIFORMS | Are Ready To Ship, unlettered.
CUSTOM UNIFORMS | Unlettered garments take about 4 weeks, unlettered.
LETTERING | If your garment requires lettering, allow an additional week to given production times.
POMS | Custom Poms average time is 2 weeks from the receipt of the order and confirmed payment method. In-Stock are available to ship immediately.
